These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the RZGS-PRO website, request a free trial or buy a plan. By doing any of these, you agree to these Terms, our License Rules and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our service
RZGS-PRO provides trading software, an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5, together with a license and setup help. We are not a broker, we do not hold or manage your money, and we do not give financial or investment advice. Your trading account is held with your broker.
3. Who can use RZGS-PRO
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade financial products where you live. It's your responsibility to check that using trading software is legal in your country.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details, such as your MT5 account number and broker.
- Keep your MT5 login details and your devices secure.
- Keep MT5 open and connected, or use a VPS, so the bot can work.
- Decide how much to trade and keep an eye on your account.
5. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on our website. We send payment details to you on Telegram, and your license is activated once your payment is confirmed. We may change our prices in the future, but a change will never affect a period you've already paid for.
6. Refunds
Because you can try RZGS-PRO free for 5 days before paying, payments are non-refundable once your license has been activated, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
7. Your license
Your use of the bot is covered by our License Rules, which form part of these Terms.
8. Trading risk and no guarantees
Trading gold and other leveraged products is risky, and you can lose money. The AI's estimates can be wrong. We don't promise any profit or result, and past results don't guarantee future results. 9. Availability
The bot depends on things outside our control, such as MetaTrader 5, your broker, your internet connection and your VPS. We work to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
10. Intellectual property
The RZGS-PRO software, name, logo and website content belong to us. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or share them.
11. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by broker issues, platform outages, internet problems or VPS downtime. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license period.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your license if you break these Terms or our License Rules. You can stop using RZGS-PRO at any time by not renewing your plan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
