Privacy Policy — RZGS-PRO

1. Who we are

This policy explains how RZGS-PRO ("we") collects and uses your information when you visit our website, create an account, request a free trial, buy a plan or use the control app.

2. Information we collect

Website account: your email address, name, username and country when you sign up, and your phone number, Telegram username, a few words about you and links to your social pages if you add them. Your password is stored only in a protected (hashed) form. We cannot read it.
Profile picture: a photo, if you upload one. It is saved as a small file at an address that is not listed anywhere, but anyone who has that exact address can open it. You can remove it in your dashboard.
Control app data: when your bot is linked to the control app, it sends us your MT5 account number and its live status: balance, equity, open trades, profit, settings and alerts. We also keep the commands you send from the app. The app has its own App Password, also stored in a protected form.
Invites: if a friend invited you, we keep who invited you. They see the first two letters of your name, the day you joined and how many of the 6 achievements of your Journey you have done (such as a confirmed email or your bot's first trade), never your email or your trading results. If you invite friends, we keep your invite code and count the friends who sign up with it, and a friend you invited sees the first two letters of your name.
Telegram details: your Telegram username and the messages you send us when you ask for help.
Trading account details: your MT5 account number, your broker name and the email you used at the broker. When you choose a plan that needs a partner broker, we ask that broker whether this email and account were opened with our link.
Payment details: the information we need to confirm your payment, such as a transaction reference. We ask the National Bank of Cambodia's Bakong service whether your KHQR code was paid.
Email: your email address, if you contact us by email.
Technical details: like most websites, the services that run our site record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the time.
Logged-in devices: for each phone or computer logged in to your website account, the browser it uses, its IP address and when it was last used. Manage account shows you this list with the town of each device, so you can spot one you don't know and log it out.

3. How we use it

To let you log in, show your dashboard and run the control app.
To activate and manage your license.
To run the Affiliate program and the welcome offer: to count the friends you invite and give the free days and months they earn.
To check your broker account and your payment when you choose a plan, and to show your plan and your bot's status on your dashboard.
To give you setup help and support.
To send you renewal reminders and important notices.
To prevent misuse, such as repeated free trials or shared licenses.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We only share it when we need to in order to provide the service, for example:

with the companies that run our service for us: Supabase (login, database and file storage), GitHub (website hosting) and Resend (sending our emails);
with Cloudflare, whose safety check on the log in, sign up and password reset pages tells people apart from bots;
with GeoJS, a free lookup service: when you open Sessions in Manage account, your browser sends it the IP addresses of your logged-in devices to find their town;
with our VPS provider, if you're on the Diamond plan;
with payment providers, to confirm your payment;
with the partner broker you chose, to confirm that an Elite account was opened through our referral.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. This website

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. To keep you logged in, it saves a login key in your browser. Logging out removes it.

To count visits, the site keeps a random number in your browser and records which pages are opened and when a plan button, a partner broker link or a Telegram link is clicked. No name, email or IP address is kept with it, and nothing is counted if your browser asks websites not to track you.

It loads fonts from Google Fonts, the login pages load a code library from jsDelivr and Cloudflare's safety check, Manage account asks GeoJS for the town of your devices, and the control app loads a small script from Telegram. These companies may receive your IP address when you open those pages. Cloudflare's safety check also looks at your browser to tell people apart from bots, and the towns GeoJS gives are kept in your browser for a week.

When you tap a Telegram button or a partner broker link, you leave our website and that company's own privacy policy applies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account or license is active, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for legal, accounting or security reasons.

The control app keeps only recent history: older alerts, commands and price data are deleted automatically.

7. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

8. Your choices

You can change your profile details and remove your profile picture in your dashboard. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your account, at any time by contacting us. We may need to keep some information for legal reasons.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
